Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries within the UK (as well as a number of EU countries). You can expect your parcel within 2-4 business days (or 3 - 8 business days outside of the UK). When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for special delivery.

**Age Verification: All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Age Verification and you will be asked for ID to verify that you are over the age of 18. A Failure to show your ID and to verify that you are 18 on Delivery will result in your Order not being delivered. Acceptable forms of identification would be Government issued photo identification such as:

  • Passport
  • Photo Card Driving Licence (not a paper copy)
  • National Identity Cards (issued in other countries)

For further information on Royal Mail`s Age verification Service please refer to Royal Mail`s Help Centre or read Royal Mail`s Terms and Conditions for Age Verification Services.

If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2- 4 business days (within the UK) or 3 - 8 business days (outside of the UK) from this "sent" date.

If you live outside the UK and are tracking your delivery via a {insert forwarder} link, please click on the red box saying continue tracking to follow it through to your local mail delivery service.

If your order does not arrive within 4 business days (or 8 business days for orders outside the UK ), please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival along with the Royal Mail Age Verification Process.

Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

**Coronavirus impact: Please note couriers are experiencing significant international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.
